A colleague who has posted their own agency request at a court (either pending or already accepted by someone) won’t appear as available to help at that same court and date. They are seeking help themselves, so Acquit doesn’t suggest them as a helper there.
They become available again if their request expires, they withdraw it, or it is cancelled.
How the exclusion is scoped
It only applies to the specific court. Someone needing help at Court 20 in Brisbane can still be available in Court 35 at the same courthouse.
For Magistrates Courts, where court numbers don’t apply, a request at that court excludes them from the whole location.
