The Analytics panel shows a snapshot of your Town Agencies activity: requests created, requests helped, completion rate, and more.
- Open the Town Agencies page from the sidebar.
- Click Analytics in the sidebar (chart icon, below the five view tabs).
To return to the marketplace, click Back in the top-right corner of the panel.
What the panel shows
Four key stats sit at the top: Requests Created, Requests Helped, Completion Rate, and Average Response Time. Each card shows the total plus 30-day and 7-day breakdowns where applicable.
Below the stats, a Top Courts bar chart shows which courts you use most, and a 6-Month Trend table compares your created and helped counts month by month.
If other lawyers have completed requests for you, the Top Helpers section highlights your most reliable colleagues.
