Each file group on the Charges tab has its own ⋮ menu with these actions:
- Copy to Clipboard: copies just that file group's charges as plain text.
- Download as List / Download as Table: downloads a Word document with the group's charges in their current order, as a numbered list or a table.
- Sort by Date (under Organise): reorders the charges within that group by offence date (earliest first).
You can also collapse or expand all file groups at once via the main charges ⋮ menu: choose Collapse / Expand All.
