Account & Security

How do I manage my active sessions and trusted devices?

You can see every device signed in to your account, review your login history, and manage which devices are recognised, all from one page.

Go to SettingsSessions & devices.

Active sessions

Active Sessions shows every device currently signed in, with its IP address and location. Click End to sign one out, or End All Others to sign out every device except the one you are using.

Recognised devices

Recognised Devices shows the unique browser installations your account recognises. Each browser gets a persistent device identifier, so two different computers running Chrome are tracked separately.

Click the pencil icon to rename a device (e.g. “Windows Laptop”), or Forget to remove it; the next time you log in from that device, you receive a security alert.

Login history

Login History shows your last 20 login attempts, successes and failures, with the device, IP, location, and method used. History is kept for 90 days.

Trusted devices

If you have 2FA enabled, you also see a Trusted Devices list: devices where you ticked Remember this device during 2FA login. You can revoke individual devices, or click Revoke All to require 2FA on every sign-in again.

Security alert emails

Security alerts stay quiet unless something is genuinely worth your attention. A new-device sign-in from a place you normally log in from is recorded in your notification feed but does not email you. You only get an email when a new device signs in from an unfamiliar location, or when a login looks genuinely suspicious (such as two countries minutes apart).

You can turn off new-device emails entirely under SettingsNotificationsNew Device Alerts; the feed entry still appears. Alerts for genuinely suspicious logins are always sent.
