If you need an agency at several courts on the same day, the Multiple Courts mode creates all the requests at once.
- Open the Town Agencies page and click New Request.
- Switch to Multiple Courts using the toggle at the top of the form.
- Set the shared date. Acquit builds one request row per courtroom where you have clients that day, with those clients already attached.
- Adjust the rows: remove courts you don’t need, tweak the court number and time per row, or add a court manually.
- Click Publish N Requests to create them all at once.
Each request is created independently with its own clients, and other lawyers can accept them separately.
Clients per court
Click the chevron on a court row to expand its client section, where you can search and add clients manually. Each court keeps its own independent client list, and each row has its own Clients required toggle.
What the batch shares
The date, description, and urgency toggle apply to every request in the batch.
Tip: You can also click Request All on any court card with two or more clients in the home page Matches widget to open the form pre-filled with those clients.
