Town Agencies Trust & outcomes

What happens if my helper doesn't submit an outcome report?

Acquit automatically reminds helpers to submit outcome reports after court. You don’t need to chase them manually.

  1. When your request is marked complete, you immediately receive a notification: “Your request has been marked complete, outcome report pending.”
  2. 2 hours after court, if no outcome has been submitted, the helper receives an automated reminder.
  3. 4 hours after court, a second (escalated) reminder is sent mentioning that you’re waiting for the report.

Reminders are capped at two per request, sent in-app (and by email if the helper has email notifications enabled).

Note: Once submitted, the structured outcome data appears in the request detail panel, plus a plain-English summary if the helper has AI summaries enabled.
