Your clients, tasks, court dates, and all associated data remain with you. Nothing is deleted.
After dissolution:
- Your clients are detached from the firm and become your personal clients again.
- Your subscription reverts to inactive: you will need to subscribe individually to continue using all features.
- You can create a new firm or join another firm at any time.
- Any active delegations (covering for colleagues) are automatically revoked.
You will receive both an in-app notification and an email confirming the dissolution. The dissolved firm’s record is retained for audit purposes.
