Firm Management Console & activity

How do I view the firm activity feed?

The activity feed shows a live log of everything happening across your firm: client changes, tasks, court dates, logins, and admin actions.

  1. Open the Firm Console from the sidebar.
  2. Click the Activity tab.
  3. Use the filters at the top to narrow results by member, category, date range, or keyword.

Activity is paginated. Use the Previous/Next buttons at the bottom to browse older entries. Events are logged automatically whenever firm members add clients, complete tasks, create court dates, or log in.

Using the date range

Click the From and To boxes to pick dates from the calendar. Both ends are included: a To of 14 March covers everything that happened on the 14th, right up to midnight.

You can set just one end. From on its own means “everything since”; To on its own means “everything up to”. Once you pick a From, the To calendar won't let you choose an earlier date, so you can't build a range that matches nothing by accident.

Clearing filters

The × button at the right of the filter row resets everything at once: member, category, both dates and the search box. The small × inside the search box clears just the keyword.

Tip: Use the category filter to quickly see only "Clients" or "Tasks" events.
