The Pipeline Forecast on the Insights Overview projects how many new signed clients to expect in the next 30, 60, and 90 days. It draws on your current active leads plus your typical rate of new enquiries, and each horizon shows roughly how many come from each.
It combines two things:
- Your historical conversion rate: of the leads that have been decided, how many converted rather than being marked lost.
- Your days-to-convert distribution: how quickly leads that do convert tend to convert.
Reading the range
Each horizon shows an expected number with a likely low–high range (a 10th–90th percentile band), not a point estimate. When you have fewer than 10 historical conversions, a warning appears in the subtitle: the range is directional, not precise.
When all three horizons match
Identical numbers mean every lead that has ever converted for you converted fast. Older active leads in your pipeline are statistically more likely heading for “lost” than “converted”.
