Firm Management Alerts & analytics

What does the Firm Members analytics section show?

The Members tab under Firm Analytics gives owners, co-owners, and admins a per-person view of how the firm is running. It has three blocks.

  • Firm totals: active matters, active leads, firm-wide on-time task rate, and firm-wide win rate.
  • Load distribution: a stacked bar showing each member’s share of active matters, with a balance score for how evenly work is spread. When work is concentrated on one or two people, a flag suggests redistributing it.
  • Per-member dashboard: one row per member with active matters, active leads, tasks created and completed in the last 30 days, overdue tasks, on-time rate, win rate, and days since last activity.
Capacity warnings

When a member’s weekly activity drops more than 50% below their own eight-week average, a warning appears above the table. The threshold is deliberately strict, so it only fires when something has genuinely changed.

Small samples

Win and on-time rates show a dash until a member has at least 3 results, so early numbers don’t mislead.

Who can see it

Per-member data is restricted to owners, co-owners, and admins. The Firm Account (a billing-only role) doesn’t see the Members tab at all.
