After a request is completed, you can leave a quick rating for the lawyer who covered your matter.
- Open the completed request from your Completed tab.
- Click Good or Could improve at the bottom of the request panel.
- Optionally add private feedback in the text box that appears.
- Click Submit.
Your rating and feedback are private: only you and the admin can see them.
Note: Ratings are one-off; once submitted, the panel shows your feedback and it can’t be changed.
