When a calendar sync brings in several events Acquit can’t read, it automatically asks the AI for mapping suggestions and saves them for you to review next time you visit Settings → Calendar recognition.
The suggestions appear in the same Calendar Pattern card that Re-scan calendar for new shorthand uses, each with the AI badge. You can:
- Save the suggestion to map the abbreviation for future syncs.
- Exclude the abbreviation if it’s not a court term at all.
- Dismiss the suggestion with the × button. We’ll record that this AI suggestion wasn’t helpful so future suggestions get better.
Automatic suggestions only happen occasionally, not on every sync. You can always dismiss a suggestion you don’t want. Your existing abbreviation mappings are unaffected either way.
