The Practice Health Score is the big number at the top of your Insights Overview. It rolls four signals into one 0–100 reading so you can tell at a glance whether your practice is healthier or sicker than last week.
The four components
Each is weighted equally. Click any component pill to drill into the section that explains it.
- Task hygiene: how many tasks are past due and not completed. Every overdue task pulls the score down.
- Client touchpoint: what share of your current matters you’ve touched in the last 30 days.
- Lead SLA: what share of your active leads have had a status change in the last 14 days.
- Pre-court prep: matters with an imminent court date but no active task and no recent file activity. Each one is a chunky penalty.
The trend arrow
The arrow next to the score shows the change from this time last week.
Note: the trend is recomputed live each time you load the page, so nothing is stored and what you see is always current.
