AI summaries are plain-English overviews of court outcomes and pre-court briefings, written by Anthropic’s Claude. They are opt-in and off by default.
- Open Settings → AI.
- Enable the Briefings & outcome summaries toggle.
Before you turn it on, the page spells out exactly what’s sent to Anthropic (and, for the find-a-time assistant, OpenAI).
Note: If you leave briefings off, you still see all the same structured data: nothing is lost.
What the briefings scope covers
One consent scope, briefings, covers all of it:
- Outcome summaries: a 2–4 sentence overview of court results when a helper submits a report for your request. This is shared with the town agent who covered the appearance, not just kept on your file.
- Next Up briefings: a pre-court briefing on your Home page summarising your next appearance, client status, open tasks, and anything to prepare for.
- Client Brief: a similar at-a-glance snapshot on a client’s profile.
- Today’s agenda: a daily snapshot card on your Home page covering today’s appearances, events, and overdue tasks (a week-ahead version appears on Mondays).
Enabling from a CTA card
You can also turn briefings on from any of the CTA cards (Next Up, Client Brief, or Today’s agenda) by clicking Enable. Clicking No thanks dismisses the card for good; you can change your mind any time from Settings → AI.
