Magistrate allocation notifications alert you when magistrate rosters are published for your clients' court dates. You can customise how these work.
- Go to Settings → Magistrate allocations (under Matching).
- Use the master toggle to turn these notifications on or off entirely.
When enabled, you have three filtering options:
- All Allocations: get notified for every allocation
- Named in Roster: only when your client's name appears in the roster
- By Appearance Type: only for selected types such as Sentence, Bail Application, or Mention
Tip: You can combine "Named in Roster" and "By Appearance Type" for the most targeted alerts.
