Town Agencies Trust & outcomes

How does the helper reliability score work?

When you assign a request directly to a colleague via the Assign To dropdown, you’ll see a reliability tier next to their name: Excellent, Good, or Fair.

The score is based on three metrics from their past agency work:

  • Outcome submission rate: how often they submit outcome reports after completing a request.
  • Timeliness: how quickly they submit those reports (within 1–2 hours is ideal).
  • Completion rate: how often accepted requests are completed rather than expiring unfinished.

A helper needs 5 or more completed requests before a tier is shown; below that, no tier appears next to their name.

Note: The tier is only visible when directly assigning: it never appears on the open marketplace, so it won’t discourage newer lawyers from participating.
