Missing details
If a detail is not on file when you compose (for example, no office phone number), the email shows a visible [missing] marker instead of a silent gap, so you catch it before sending. The outcome variables (adjournment reason, bail outcome, and the orders and directions list) work differently: each is a complete line that appears only when the fact was actually recorded. An email about a routine adjournment is not littered with markers for things that never happened.
