Firm Management Clients & assignment

Can firm admins or the practice manager see everyone's clients?

Yes. The Firm Console has a Clients section listing every member’s clients in one place, and firm leadership can open any of those files.

  1. Open the Firm Console and choose Clients in the sidebar.
  2. Switch between the Current, Leads and Archived tabs (each shows its count).
  3. Filter by member with the dropdown, or search by client name or file number.
  4. Click any row to open that client’s full file (overview, court dates, tasks, charges and notes), even if the file isn’t shared with you.
Who can see it

Access covers the console roles: Owner, Co-Owner, Admin, and the firm’s practice-manager Firm Account (which has no caseload of its own; this page is its client list). Regular members don’t see the Firm Console, but they are not locked out of the files: every member can open any of the firm’s matters. The console adds the firm-wide view and the admin actions over it.

Bulk actions

Owner, Co-Owner and Admin can tick one or more rows and click Move to… in the toolbar to move clients between members. The same toolbar can Archive ticked clients, or Restore them from the Archived tab. Archiving asks how the matters ended (the same required final status as everywhere else) and applies it to every ticked client.

Note: Sharing and deleting a client remain with its owner; console access lets leadership view and work a file, not manage its collaborators (day-to-day collaboration still works through sharing).
