Yes. The Town Agencies page updates automatically when other lawyers create, accept, complete, withdraw, or cancel requests, so you never need to reload the page.
When you have the page open, you will see:
- A brief notification at the bottom of the screen showing what changed (e.g. “Jane Smith accepted a request for Brisbane”).
- The request list, sidebar counts, and preview panel refresh automatically.
Note: If a lawyer has their visibility set to Anonymous, their name appears as “A user” in these notifications.
