Getting Started Setup & help

Where can I get help or read the guides?

There are two places to get help: the public Help Centre for guides and FAQs, and the in-app Support Centre for talking to the Acquit team.

Guides & FAQs: the Help Centre

Every guide and FAQ lives at docs.acquit.app, no sign-in required. Browse by topic, search across every article, and share links with colleagues who don’t have an Acquit account yet.

Talking to us: the Support Centre

Inside Acquit, click the ? icon in the page footer; it works from any page. The menu it opens has two items: Docs, which opens the Help Centre in a new tab, and Support Centre for tickets inside the app. From the Support Centre you can:

  • Submit a ticket and track its status.
  • Reply to ticket updates and rate the resolution.
  • Search from the hero bar: matching Help Centre articles are suggested first, so the answer often arrives before the ticket is needed.

Note: A red badge on the ? icon means one of your tickets has an unread reply.

For a quick answer without leaving the page, the Ask Acquit icon next to it opens the in-app help assistant; see “How do I use Ask Acquit?” below.
