How do I generate the Court 20 callover coversheet?

Acquit fills the Brisbane Magistrates Court appearance-list callover form from the matters you are printing, so you never retype the list.

The form is a print option, not the default. When a matter you are printing sits in Court 20 on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday (or Court 19 on a Wednesday), Acquit offers Print File Note with Coversheet next to the plain print: in the court date drawer under More actions, and on the arrow beside the print button in Print File Notes. Pick it and the court’s own form prints in front of your file notes, prefilled with your name, firm, practitioner category and matters. The plain print gives you the sheets on their own.

Two copies of the form print each time, one for the court clerk and one for the prosecutor. The file notes behind it come out in surname order to match the form, which is also the order the court works through the list.

Town Agencies prints tick Town agent, name the instructing firm, and always include the form.

Getting it to the court

Wednesday forms should reach the court by 2pm Tuesday: the print page’s Email to court button sends the form to the Brisbane listings inbox with the required subject line and records that it was sent. Monday and Friday forms are handed to the court clerk in the morning.

Note: Set your practitioner category once at SettingsProfile.
