What is on the Insights overview?

The Insights Overview is designed so you can open it on Monday morning and within 30 seconds know whether your practice is healthier or sicker than last week, what changed, and what to do today about it. From top to bottom:

  • Practice Health Score — the big composite number with a week-over-week trend arrow and four drill-down pills (task hygiene, client touchpoint, lead SLA, pre-court prep).
  • Pipeline Forecast — how many of your active leads should convert in the next 30, 60, and 90 days (rendered as a low-mid-high band, not a precise number).
  • Anomaly callouts — appears only when something this week has moved sharply against the trailing baseline (court appearances, tasks created, tasks completed). Renders nothing on a normal week.
  • KPI cards — active clients, active leads + conversion rate, cases resolved YTD + average duration, and upcoming court dates (next 30 and 7 days).
  • Attention Required — surfaces overdue tasks, stale clients, stale leads — each row is a clickable shortcut to the filtered list.
  • Intake YoY chart — year-on-year monthly intake with the current month’s run-rate projection.
  • Busyness Over Time — combined court / client / task series spanning the past 12 months + next 3.

Switch between sections (Clients, Leads, Court, Town Agencies, Outcomes, Tasks) using the navigation tabs — each has its own deep-dive widgets.
