The callouts strip on your Insights Overview (“N things changed worth knowing”) only renders when something has genuinely changed.
It runs a statistical check on three weekly series (court appearances, tasks created, tasks completed) and only fires a callout when:
- You have at least 10 events of that type in the trailing 7-week baseline (otherwise the comparison isn’t meaningful), and
- This week’s count is more than 2 standard deviations from your trailing average (a real change, not normal week-to-week wobble).
If neither condition is true, nothing renders. Acquit would rather show nothing than manufacture a fake “all good” card every week. When you do see a callout, it’s worth a look.
