Because Acquit learns your shorthand from the entries already in your diary, and your calendar was empty when you connected: with nothing to read, it holds off writing rather than inventing a format.
Your court dates and events are still saved in Acquit and show on your dashboard; they just don’t appear in Outlook yet.
Starting the writing
- Go to Settings → Calendar format.
- Set a format for court dates and events. Use the Acquit format is the quickest start.
- Click Save format.
Everything that was waiting is written to your calendar straight away, and new entries follow from then on.
