Calendar & Court Dates Fixing matches

How do I report a wrongly matched court date?

Flag it straight from the court date’s drawer with Report Wrong Match.

  1. Click the court date in any list to open its detail drawer.
  2. Click the … (more actions) button in the top-right of the drawer.
  3. Choose Report Wrong Match.
  4. Enter the abbreviation in your calendar that was misread (e.g. BMC).
  5. Optionally enter what it should have been (e.g. Brisbane District Court). If you fill this in, it’s saved as your new mapping.
  6. Click Submit.

If you supplied a corrected value, your future syncs use it straight away.

Where the option appears

Only on court dates that were synced from your calendar: manually created court dates have no mapping to report against. Reports are anonymised before they’re recorded; we never share who reported what.

What your report does
  • Your own future syncs pick up the fix, if you supplied a corrected value.
  • Acquit learns that the mapping gets pushback from real users.
  • Our team can review frequently corrected abbreviations before they roll out as defaults for everyone.
