How do I pause all notifications?

If you need a break from alerts, you can pause all notifications for a set period.

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. Scroll to the Pause section at the bottom and click Pause….
  3. Choose a duration: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or a custom date.
  4. Confirm your selection.

While paused, the Pause section shows when notifications will resume. You can click Unpause at any time to start receiving alerts again immediately.
