Switch the Clients page to Firm: the Me | Firm toggle at the top controls the view. Me is your working list: the files allocated to you and the ones shared with you. Firm shows every client your firm holds, whoever is acting on them.
What the Firm view shows
The usual Current, Leads and Archived tabs all work, and each row gains a Solicitor column (a badge in card view) naming who holds the file. A file nobody holds shows Unassigned. A file whose solicitor has since left the firm shows Unassigned (holder left) and behaves exactly like an unassigned file.
Finding a file
Search covers client names and file numbers, and you can sort by name or date added. To see only the files waiting for someone, open the Filter dropdown and choose Unassigned.
Ticking rows brings up actions for them: claim or assign unassigned files, and ask to take over a colleague’s (see “How do I take over a file another solicitor holds?”).
Note: The switch only appears when you’re in a firm; if you practise on your own, the page is exactly as it always was.
