Firm admins automatically receive notifications for events that need attention:
- Payment failed: when a firm subscription payment doesn't go through
- Trial ending: a reminder 3 days before the free trial expires
- Inactive members: when a member hasn't logged in for 14 or more days
- Overdue tasks: a daily summary when tasks across the firm are 7+ days overdue
- Unresponded requests: Town Agencies requests that have been waiting 24+ hours
These alerts appear as in-app notifications. Payment failures also trigger an email. You can turn individual alert types on or off from Firm Console → Notification preferences.
