Click Add condition in the Draft Bail Order tool to pick from the standard clauses, grouped and searchable. Each one becomes a card with just its own fill-in fields (addresses, times, police stations, amounts, names). Leave any blank and the order prints a grey click-and-type box to complete by hand.
Use Write a custom condition for your own wording, or Browse clause library to add common shared bail wording with one click. Where a clause needs permission to vary it (reporting, residential, travel), choose who can give that permission: the Officer-in-Charge of the police station, Police Prosecutions, the Director of Public Prosecutions and/or the Commonwealth DPP.
Police stations
Police-station fields are a searchable picker over the Queensland station directory. Each station shows its opening hours alongside, stations near the client appear first, and you can still type a station that isn’t listed.
The shared clause library
The clause library is shared across firms, so any wording it offers has been automatically de-identified: client names, addresses, amounts, dates and other personal details are stripped before a clause is shared, and replaced with blanks for you to complete. Browse the whole library any time under Community → Precedents → Bail, and report any clause that still contains personal details.
Note: ticking the drug/alcohol rehabilitation condition attaches the Authority annexure automatically.
