The Case Outcomes section shows how your resolved cases were finalised.
- Go to Insights from the sidebar.
- Click Case Outcomes in the section navigation.
- Review the doughnut chart showing the breakdown of outcomes across your archived cases.
You'll also see a Duration by Outcome panel showing the average number of days each outcome type took to resolve. Use the Completed Only toggle to filter between all archived cases and only those marked as completed.
