Yes. If your boss, office manager, or accounts department handles billing, you can send them a secure payment link instead of sharing your login credentials.
- Go to the subscription page (you will see it after registering, or navigate to Settings → Subscription if your subscription is inactive).
- Click “Need someone else to handle billing?” below the Start Trial button.
- Enter your billing contact’s email address and click Send Invite.
Your billing contact receives an email with a secure payment link and can complete checkout without an Acquit account. Once they pay, your subscription activates immediately and you get an in-app notification and email confirmation. If you are still on the subscription page at that moment, you are redirected automatically to set up your account.
Note: The payment link expires after 72 hours and can only be used once.
Managing the invite
- Resend: click Resend if your billing contact did not receive the email; a fresh link is sent.
- Revoke: click Revoke to cancel the invite and invalidate the payment link.
What your billing contact can see
All future invoices go directly to your billing contact’s email address. They do not have access to your Acquit account.
