Guided tours are short sets of pop-ups that point out the key controls the first time you open a page such as Clients, Court Dates, Tasks, Town Agencies, or Community. Each tour appears only once: walk through it with Next or dismiss it with Skip, and it won’t come back.
You’ll also see a one-off hint the first time a drawer slides in from the side or a dialog opens, explaining how to close it. Like the tours, each hint shows once and then never again.
Turning tours off
- Go to Settings → Preferences.
- Switch off Show product tours under the Guidance heading.
That hides every page tour and hint straight away. If you turn it back on later, any tours you haven’t seen yet start appearing again as you move around.
Replaying the tours
To see every tour again from scratch, click Replay tours in the same Guidance section. It resets every tour and hint so they show once more from the next page you open.
Note: This is separate from the one-time welcome tour shown right after signup, which introduces the main navigation and keyboard shortcuts and is only ever shown once.
